• We work with your utility to take advantage of the net-meeting policies in your area. During the day your system will produce more electricity than your home can consume, and the excess electricity goes back to the utility through the grid. The utility will give you a 1-1 credit for the power you send back, for you to use at night or on rainy/cloudy days. In areas with consumer favored net-meeting policies still in place, you can qualify to have credits build-up and roll-over for months to be used in the summer when our AC’s are running the most!

• With state-of-the-art monitoring technology, we put the power back in your hands to see exactly what your home is producing and consuming in real time. Of course, we know most homeowners will not be constantly monitoring, so through AI we are able to highlight when a system isn’t producing as it should. This can be as simple as a cleaning, to possibly replacement of equipment. In the rare case we see something out of the ordinary, we will reach out to you to set up a day to look into the cause and correct it. With industry leading warranties you wont need to come out of pocket to get your system back to operating as it should!

A roof has a 25-30 year life expectancy, so occasionally a roof replacement may be required to install panels. In these situations the Federal ITC can be applied to the cost of the roof as well as the panels if they are done as the same project. By offering roofing services only for our solar customers, we are able to do the jobs at-cost with no upcharge offering you the lowest possible option for the quality, even before considering your ITC.
